A range of long-term repayment plans is available, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual payment options. Choose from a variety of competitively priced adjustable and fixed interest-rate programs. Interest-only construction loans convert to fully amortized permanent financing upon the completion of construction (one-time closing).

Agricultural Loans

We offer short- and intermediate-term agricultural and production loans. Short- and intermediate-term loans are tailored to meet the borrower's normal production schedule. Intermediate-term financing is available at fixed or variable rates.

• Operating loan may be structured as a revolving line of credit
• Repayment plan customized to meet customer’s ag production cycle
